Her experience includes facilitation, meeting and conference planning, public relations, project management, civil rights management, labor-management relations, interest-based problem solving, workforce analysis, and work environment issues.

Karol facilitates top management through executive board meetings, organizational change and transition, labor-management partnership councils,and negotiated agreements. She has a confident demeanor, creative presentation skills, and practical business knowledge.

She has a passion for leading groups to realize their total effectiveness and in achieving their stated objectives, thus leading to improved efficiencies. By using a combination of tried and true techniques and innovative ideas, Karol is able to fulfill her personal goal of working with diverse groups of people to realize a common goal.

She is involved in her community and fund-raising projects. Karol is dedicated to her family and horses. She can be seen rafting the rapids of Oregon’s wild rivers, riding her quad, and hiking local trails.

Nita L. Wornom is a certified professional consultant, professional facilitator, and trainer with over 27 years of practical experience. Her expertise includes facilitation, civil rights/diversity management, strategic planning, developing and nurturing community alliances, and developing and implementing training programs.

She has been instrumental in building bridges and opening lines of communication between government entities and community organizations. As a community volunteer, Nita successfully garnered over $100,000 in grant and in-kind contributions towards civic projects.

Nita is a dynamic personality dedicated to developing the full potential of all individuals. With this ideal, she is a premiere consultant in the area of civil and human rights. She is an innovative trainer who utilizes participatory activities to enhance learning experiences.

Nita has served in a volunteer capacity to assist community groups to realize their goals.

Nita's passions are her family, traveling, camping, and learning. She supports many civic activities and is an inspirational leader.
